Return Policy
Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this window cannot be processed.
Condition
Clothing and accessories must be unworn, unaltered and returned with all original tags and packaging. Electronics must be returned sealed and unopened; opened technology is final sale for hygiene and warranty reasons.
How to Return
Contact Client Services with your order number. We will issue a prepaid insured return label. Do not ship a return without a label — unlabelled parcels cannot be traced or refunded.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned item passing re-inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale
Items purchased with a discount code of 30% or greater, and pieces marked "Vault Final", are final sale and not eligible for return.
