Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders are authenticated and dispatched from New York within 48 hours of purchase, Monday through Saturday. Limited drop items may require an additional 24 hours for verification.

Rates & Delivery

Shipping is free on every order, with fully insured delivery within 7 days. Signature is required on delivery for every order above $1,000.

Tracking

A tracking number is issued the moment your parcel is scanned by the carrier and is sent to the email and mobile number provided at checkout. You may also retrieve it at any time from the Order History page.

International

International shipping is available on request through Client Services. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Every shipment is fully insured. If a parcel arrives damaged or fails to arrive, contact Client Services within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will file the claim and replace or refund the order.
